HOW TO JOIN FADEREALMS

Java Edition: Server IP play.faderealms.net
Bedrock Edition: Server IP play.faderealms.net with Port 19132
Consoles (Xbox, PS5, etc.): Download the Bedrock Together app on your phone or device. Enter the server details above, watch the short ad, and ensure your phone or device is on the same WiFi network as your console. A new world will appear in your Minecraft friends list. Select it to join FadeRealms and play with everyone else!
